**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in personal lines, including homeowners and auto insurance, and will be responsible for quoting new customers, converting quotes into active policies, and managing client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personalized insurance quotes for potential clients focusing on home and auto insurance.
  • Convert quotes into active insurance policies by explaining policy features and benefits to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate and thorough client interactions.
  • Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to effectively serve a diverse client base.
  • Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, managing communication and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and conversion targets set by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster client retention and satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • **Licensing:** Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required).
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling personal lines insurance, including homeowners and auto policies.
  • **Skills:** Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • **Language:** Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with insurance quoting tools and CRM systems.
  • **Customer Service:** Strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex policy details in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
