Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our project teams, including:

  • Accurate word processing, purchase order compilation, and general spreadsheet operations, including proofreading and distribution of completed documents
  • Gathering information from subcontractors, architects, etc., to maintain updates to schedules with Project Managers
  • Assisting team members with work in MS Office programs and Procore
  • Monitoring project progress daily and providing updates to supervisors on schedule and subcontractor performance
