Multi-Duty Support Specialist

SUMMIT MEDICAL GROUP OPERATIONS LLC is seeking an experienced Multi-Duty Support Specialist to join their growing team of professionals. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in a medical office setting preferred but not required. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and assisting callers' needs
- Greeting patients and visitors, and checking them in
- Performing registration functions and collecting copays and balances due, as necessary
