Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage open purchase orders and overseas inbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
  • Update and maintain records in Netsuite, including POs, inbound shipments, and Amazon shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to manage shipments and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all steps are followed and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain accurate files and records, adhering to office protocols.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data management and organizational tasks.
  • Logistics experience preferred, but not required.
  • Netsuite experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
