Job Overview

The Henrie Agency is seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Insurance Broker to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, following our sales process and system to find success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn our sales system, schedule appointments, and meet with clients virtually to match clients with the best insurance solutions.
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected.
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals.
  • Track progress and results to provide coaching and guidance to help you grow in the role.
  • Be willing to learn products, carriers, and our process to improve at effectively helping clients accomplish their goals.
