Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Commercial Insurance Account Assistant to join our team at Cothrom Risk & Insurance Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriters to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
  • Process certificate requests, change requests, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in creating proposals, managing claims, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice and support to clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Strong industry knowledge and experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
