This position plays a critical role in the overall management of employee benefits.


Key Duties:
  • 401(k) Plan Oversight: Manage the company's 401(k) plan, ensuring proper enrollment, compliance with regulations, and effective communication with employees regarding updates.
  • FMLA Management: Handle FMLA requests, ensuring all processes comply with federal laws while providing support to employees navigating leave policies.
  • HRIS Data Management: Leverage HRIS systems to maintain accurate benefits data, generate necessary reports, and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Payroll Integration: Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate integration of benefits data, addressing any discrepancies that arise.
  • Audit Processes: Regularly audit benefits systems and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Communication of Benefits: Create and distribute clear communication materials regarding benefits programs, changes, and enrollment processes, assisting employees with inquiries.

Qualifications:
