About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at the Franks hotel. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front office team and ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front office team to ensure excellent guest service and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations and increase revenue
- Manage the front office budget and ensure that all financial targets are met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Ensure that all front office staff are trained and equipped to handle guest inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- Hotel management or front office experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in hospitality or related field preferred
