Facility Maintenance Team Leader

A Cleaning Services Team Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all sanitation operations. This role involves overseeing various projects, monitoring the performance of cleaning personnel to ensure adherence to Office Pride's high standards. The coordinator serves as a motivator and mentor, guiding team members to embrace and uphold the core values of our expanding organization. Typical working hours are after 5 PM, with some daytime responsibilities as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the cleaning of designated facilities on a nightly or regular schedule.
  • Provide training and support to new team members.
  • Educate new hires on the timekeeping system and report any issues to management.
  • Conduct inspections of assigned accounts and submit reports to the area manager.
  • Cross-train to cover various buildings as necessary.
  • Ensure that facilities are equipped with functioning tools and sufficient supplies, reporting any deficiencies to management.
  • Ensure compliance with Office Pride's policies and procedures.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, be reliable, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment where changes may occur unexpectedly.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Physically fit to remain on your feet throughout the shift, including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a data-enabled phone.
Compensation: $15.50
