Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Hometown Insurance Agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Process endorsements and issue certificates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide informed advice to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
