About the Position

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Complex Account Manager to join our sales team in Boston. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing complex sales cycles and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for complex accounts, including identifying opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with our solution engineers to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and forecast sales performance, including pipeline growth and revenue generation.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in complex sales or account management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
