The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans within their designated account territory, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute tailored sales strategies for assigned accounts
  • Manage and expand executive-level relationships with new law firm prospects
  • Exceed sales quotas by identifying, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to new customers
  • Become an expert in our products, industry trends, and law firm segment requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive success

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful full-cycle sales experience in new customer acquisition for enterprise software companies
  • Proven track record of complex solution selling, with experience in realigning business processes
  • Strong alignment with our core values, including perpetual growth, development, and a solutions-focused approach

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $180,000 - $268,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Long-term incentives and equitable compensation practices are also part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
