Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and developing foundational software that is integral to a variety of Apple products and services.

We seek a detail-oriented engineer who can produce high-quality code and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software security technologies for new product initiatives.
  • Engage in projects that span multiple platforms and architectures, showcasing your software engineering and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with dynamic teams to create reliable and robust code.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a proven background in software development. Familiarity with various architectures (x86/ARM, macOS/iOS, etc.) is essential, along with experience in security technologies such as DRM, TrustZone, and cryptography being a significant advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in C and C++.
  • Experience or a strong interest in systems security.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

At Apple, your base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay range for this position is between $135,400 and $250,600.
