Job Overview

In collaboration with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, you will spearhead initiatives in cybersecurity capability enhancement, evaluations, training, and more. This leadership role demands a profound understanding of Navy C4ISR projects and cybersecurity at a Top Secret clearance level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal financial performance.
  • Guide multiple teams in the development and assessment of cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Enhance the technical and leadership competencies of your team.
  • Travel requirements are minimal.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in C4ISR projects and cybersecurity.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management certification.
  • Familiarity with RMF and NCSA frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA CySA+ are advantageous.
