Job Overview
We invite you to become a part of our team at Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) as a Cybersecurity Engineering Manager. In collaboration with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, you will spearhead initiatives in cybersecurity capability enhancement, evaluations, training, and more. This leadership role demands a profound understanding of Navy C4ISR projects and cybersecurity at a Top Secret clearance level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal financial performance.
- Guide multiple teams in the development and assessment of cybersecurity capabilities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external partners and stakeholders.
- Enhance the technical and leadership competencies of your team.
- Travel requirements are minimal.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in C4ISR projects and cybersecurity.
- Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management certification.
- Familiarity with RMF and NCSA frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA CySA+ are advantageous.
