Job Summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a $14 million territory, driving corporate and regional strategic initiatives, and building relationships with key distributors and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing $14 million territory located in the greater Houston area
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow business with key distribution partners within the territory
  • Provide technical support, demonstrations, and training to customers and distributors
  • Drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives to grow top-line sales, alloy sales, automation sales, and high-technology product sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, and independent
  • Ability to relocate to Houston, TX
