Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program Manager at Nemean Solutions, LLC

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program Manager, focusing on the Army Research Office (ARO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Army STTR Program Manager in overseeing and executing all necessary procedures to facilitate the STTR Program within the Army.
  • Comprehend and manage the operational workflows of the STTR Program, monitor information flow for annual cycles, and conduct necessary reporting, proposal assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Identify and prepare Phase I and Phase II proposals for submission into the Army STTR portal, liaise with Program Coordinators, and monitor fund allocation.
  • Engage with stakeholders, oversee IT systems, databases, and processes, and assist topic authors in program formulation.
  • Ensure effective communication, collaborate with external entities, support program outreach initiatives, and participate in training sessions as required.
  • Reconcile STTR Phase III data, coordinate commercialization efforts, and uphold security clearance standards.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Eligibility for access to classified materials up to the SECRET level is mandatory.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is essential; experience with SBIR/STTR is advantageous. Proficiency in business software tools, strong communication abilities, and familiarity with Microsoft applications are required.

Support Availability:

Must be available during core business hours and demonstrate flexibility during urgent situations.

Work Location:

The position is based at Research Triangle Park, NC.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel to government facilities may be necessary.
