Career Tech Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Career Tech Program Manager to join our team at Ledgent Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive training program for entry-level engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and knowledge requirements of engineers.
- Design and develop engaging and effective training curricula, including onboarding programs, technical skills training, and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with engineering managers to align training programs with performance goals and individual development plans.
- Develop assessment tools to measure the impact of training on employee performance and skill development.
- Manage logistics for hiring and training events, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials preparation.
- Track participant progress, provide feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in leading software development projects/programs.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Previous full-stack engineering experience on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Serverless technology architecture, development, and delivery experience.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL solutions.
