Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of insurance operations professionals to ensure the efficient and effective management of insurance claims and related processes.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze productivity, inventory, and quality report results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, with a focus on insurance claims management.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of supervising and leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims management processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience.
  • Data management experience.
  • Experience with MS Office products.
  • Proven knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies.
