- Material Fulfillment: Fulfill customer requests for MSDS, literature, and other materials, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Professional Practices: Uphold professional business practices and contribute to a positive company image, maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all duties align with AS/ISO procedures and regulatory standards, maintaining compliance and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume call and email environment; experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Pressure Management: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
