As a Full-Time Business Development Representative at Inspired Homecare of Arizona, you will embark on a dynamic journey of outside sales, conducting 8-10 sales calls daily. Your primary focus will be on building essential relationships with primary care providers (PCPs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and hospitals, fostering collaboration within home health, case management, and discharge planning.

Your ability to connect with key decision-makers will drive growth for our organization and enhance the quality of care for patients in Arizona. By leveraging your expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating seamless transitions and ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of the healthcare community.

What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record in outside sales, particularly in the healthcare sector
  • An established book of business that you can leverage for new partnerships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with PCPs, SNFs, and hospitals
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and measure success
