Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department, including maintaining files, typing reports, and performing data entry tasks.
  • HR Projects: Assist with HR projects, such as recruiting efforts, new hire onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and reconcile monthly health benefit invoices.
  • Communication: Greet team members and visitors, provide assistance, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years previous administrative experience required. Prior customer/employee service experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent judgment and discretion. Proficient in using various processing programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
