Job Title: Senior Sales Representative

About the Role:

OmniWave is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing relationships with healthcare providers, with a focus on selling OmniWave's advanced medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Sales Execution: Nurture and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, taking them from initial inquiry through to closing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Travel to Conferences: Represent OmniWave at key industry events and conferences, meeting with potential clients and showcasing our devices.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities in CRM software and provide regular updates and forecasts to company leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record in capital equipment sales or selling to private-pay healthcare practices (regenerative, aesthetics, or chiropractic is a plus).
  • Results-oriented with a self-motivated attitude and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to present complex products clearly and effectively.
  • Strong CRM proficiency to track and manage sales activities.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
  • Uncapped Commission: Earn significant additional income with the potential for total compensation to exceed $350,000 annually if quota is achieved.
