Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Data Entry and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Restore Incorporated. This position is responsible for providing rehabilitation services to consumers who are experiencing emotional and behavioral complications and addictive disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve, prepare, scan and index patient documentation into the electronic medical record and records documents in physical files.
  • Analyze and quality control of medical records and scanned documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical record documentation by assisting other staff with the record completion process.
  • Navigate various computer applications to perform job duties and to support patient care.
  • Analyze the content of the medical records for missing documentation and signatures according to state and federal regulations and all organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant human services field.
  • At least one year experience working with clients with substance use disorders and mental illness.
  • Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) certification required within three years of hire.

Salary: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
