We're looking for an exceptional Behavioral Health Data Entry and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dedicated team at Restore Incorporated. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation services to individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral complications and addictive disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of patient documentation, including retrieving, preparing, scanning, and indexing records into the electronic medical record.
  • Analyze and evaluate the accuracy and completeness of medical records and scanned documentation.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that medical records are completed accurately and on time.
  • Utilize various computer applications to facilitate patient care and job responsibilities.
  • Evaluate the content of medical records for missing information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as human services, counseling, or psychology.
  • At least one year of experience working with clients who have substance use disorders and mental health issues.
  • Certification as a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) within three years of hiring.

Salary Range: The hourly wage for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00.
