Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Services Technician to join our team at Kern County, CA. As an Office Services Technician, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of clerical, general computer, and office experience directly related to the area of assignment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
