About the Role

Dexxxon Digital Storage Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-consumer (B2C) or business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
