Job Title: Sales Manager

At Orange Theory, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership and revenue growth while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with leadership to develop and execute performance and productivity goals.
  • Utilize OTF/Thrive tools and reporting systems to manage leads, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales targets.
  • Develop a high-energy culture of Orange Theory.
  • Stay current on all Orange University curriculum.
  • Attend regular leadership and sales meetings.
  • Enforce OTF and Thrive corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
Requirements:
  • Sales driver and self-motivated to achieve goals.
  • Meets commitments and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Independent thinker, team player.
  • Honesty, integrity, and accountability.
