About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information on available solutions that meet their requirements, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client demands and make recommendations based on specific travel needs, ensuring practical assumptions that ensure a loyal customer base.
  • Take ownership of the process and proactively engage with customers, resolving issues, adapting communication styles to meet customer needs, and working collaboratively across teams to instill customer confidence and build loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with all product/service improvements, system updates, and changes to regulations, maximizing productivity and performance.
  • Understand travel documentation requirements, utilize resources and tools to ensure efficient and timely processing.
  • Promote best practices and quality assurance, observe plans and methods, and maintain standards of work to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain customer records in a proprietary database, utilizing device functionality to ensure accurate entry of records that maximizes efficiency.
  • Display possess job and maintain an updated customer profile page through quick submission of notes, support documents, and interactions.
  • Deliver customer support and utilize sales approaches to retain clients, informing customers about added-value products that may benefit them.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills: clear written and spoken communication with demonstrated understanding of communication methods and styles.
  • Articulate precisely and briefly in a professional and hospitable fashion without slang or complex language.
  • Superb company and opportunity control skills: adhere to deadlines and conform to changing circumstances; handle high volume while maintaining superb focus to detail; monitor own work and self-edit.
  • Potential to problem-solve; evaluate information and apply knowledge and provide solutions.
  • Able to adjust to changing circumstances and focus on work as necessary.
  • Go-getter with a need to show ownership and devotion to the role.
  • Skills with computer software, knack for learning new systems, and devotion to record stability.
Working Conditions

This role will be 100% remote/work from home, with exposure to computer monitors, and working closely with others in an open office environment.

Sharp-sightedness; ability to read a computer monitor for extended periods, around 8 hours.

Sitting for prolonged periods.

Manual dexterity for operating a computer, keyboard, and mouse.

Representing running a phone with the ability to share comprehensive information properly and clearly.
