We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Sales Manager to join our team at FlexTek. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving new clients to our organization and growing our presence in the Healthcare space.
Your primary focus will be to target the largest clients in this vertical, specifically those with a strong likelihood to utilize more than one of our energy and sustainability solutions. You will promote our suite of solutions to prospects and existing clients, building a stronger relationship with the clients assigned to you and ultimately delivering sales and revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities- Identify and prospect potential clients within the healthcare vertical market, including large institutions and relevant associations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, leveraging market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), networking, referrals, association events, and other proactive outreach efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, environmental science, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Sustainability sales experience in the healthcare industry is required.
- Full-time, fully remote position
- Company-paid travel will be required
