Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a target list.
- Use various methods (cold calling, networking, social media) to reach out to potential customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with new clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to management regularly.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Hunter or in a similar role focused on new business acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
- Must be willing to travel overnight a minimum of 15%.
