Construction Project Manager

At Calista Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Alaska and Pacific Regions. This role will be responsible for assisting the Construction Management Team with field project management, creating project records and reports, and acting as Project Manager as needed.
About the Role:
- Lead project planning, understand project contracts, manage scope and schedule, and prepare daily reports.
- Act as Project Manager as needed.
- Maintain documentation in RMS or comparable project document/correspondence software.
- Provide input for project plans development and assist with writing project plans.
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes.
- Work effectively with employees, business partners, and customers in a friendly and positive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence as needed.
- Assist Project Manager with updates to project schedule.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination among all project participants.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction-related computer applications, including database, spreadsheet, scheduling, and job costing software, and other standard business applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Knowledge of RMS or comparable project document/correspondence software recommended.
- Ability to read and write technical documents and plans, routine reports, and correspondence.
- Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
