Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Sales/Project Manager to assist in achieving the company's strategic objectives and annual goals through exceptional service delivery reflective of our vision, mission, purpose, and values.


Responsibilities
  • Create a positive customer experience by delivering tailored solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Follow-up on sales leads and lists, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times, wearing company-approved apparel that reflects our brand's high standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and organization.

Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Preferably 3 years of HVAC or sales experience
  • Knowledge of industry equipment, field concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and equipment
  • Strong relationship-building skills, customer-focused and disciplined
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Function in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier

Physical Requirements
