As a Client Loan Support Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our operations, interacting daily with prospective, current, and former clients. It is essential to embody the values and principles of On the Road Companies in every interaction. Your role will encompass a variety of daily support tasks, loan management, and post-loan origination assistance, along with other administrative responsibilities as needed.

This description outlines key responsibilities and does not limit the tasks that may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and client assistance.
    • Manage incoming calls on the primary company phone lines.
    • Welcome visitors upon arrival, including handling walk-ins and deliveries.
  • Ensure prompt client responses (ideally on the same day).
    • Oversee the company fax and email, uploading received documents into client files.
  • Process incoming mail daily.
    • Record payments in the servicing system upon receipt, review and upload insurance notifications, and log and direct other relevant mail as required.
Loan Management Support
  • Assist in the processing of total loss claims in collaboration with insurance providers.
  • Coordinate and manage GAP and Warranty cancellations and claims.
  • Monitor GPS installations and exceptions.
  • Collaborate with partners to oversee insurance matters and assist clients in updating necessary documents.
  • Maintain titles, including the perfection and release of liens in the states served.
  • Disburse loan proceeds for the closing team and manage the mailing of checks as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service and account management; experience in consumer lending is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, with the ability to accurately input, exchange, and communicate information.
  • Ability to:
    • Remain stationary for extended periods while occasionally moving within the office to access files and equipment.
    • Consistently operate computers, phones, and other office productivity equipment, such as calculators, copiers, and printers.
