Job Title: Office Aide

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Aide to join our team at the City of Temecula, CA. As an Office Aide, you will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Operate a variety of office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clerical support functions.
  • Valid California Class C driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Experience working in a customer service-related field, preferably in a ticket office or performing general cashiering duties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to create and manage social media content.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
