Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries, respond to emails and phone calls, and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including inventory control, task delegation, and workflow management.
- Financial Management: Reconcile sales software and accounting software transactions, prepare deposits for bank runs, and process timesheets for payroll processing.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing with vendors, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Staff Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of our staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 or 4-year college degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years' residential glass experience (ordering, estimating, office/project management) preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel), and experience with QuickBooks Online and web-based software preferred.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 per hour and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company. Eligibility for company benefits is optional and contingent upon completion of an initial employee probationary period.
