Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries, respond to emails and phone calls, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including inventory control, task delegation, and workflow management.
  • Financial Management: Reconcile sales software and accounting software transactions, prepare deposits for bank runs, and process timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing with vendors, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Staff Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of our staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 or 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' residential glass experience (ordering, estimating, office/project management) preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel), and experience with QuickBooks Online and web-based software preferred.
