In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals, engaging in case preparation, conducting research, and facilitating client interactions. Your writing skills will be essential as you draft various legal documents and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive legal research to aid in litigation and case management.
  • Prepare legal documents, motions, and correspondence for attorney review.
  • Assist attorneys in the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and evidence for efficient access.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation is required.
  • Experience in family law is preferred.
  • Proficient in legal research methodologies.
  • Strong proofreading and detail-oriented skills.
