Job Description

This role reports directly to the General Manager/Owner and is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, respond to client inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with clients, staff, and other offices.
  • Accounting: Manage accounts receivable and collections, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Purchasing: Source and procure office supplies, equipment, and materials for all departments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Human Resources: Assist with job postings, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support payroll processing.
  • Job Tracking: Collect, enter, and update job-specific information into company systems and tracking databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Logistics: Coordinate staff and vehicle scheduling, optimize company resources, and ensure efficient use of time.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2 years of administration/office management experience preferred.
  • Experience with insurance claims and/or logistics a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (preferred).
Company Benefits:
  • 9 paid company holidays.
  • This is a full-time/permanent position, not seasonal.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
  • Opportunity to work overtime.
Compensation:

$28.00 per hour.
