- Accounting: Manage accounts receivable and collections, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Purchasing: Source and procure office supplies, equipment, and materials for all departments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Human Resources: Assist with job postings, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support payroll processing.
- Job Tracking: Collect, enter, and update job-specific information into company systems and tracking databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Logistics: Coordinate staff and vehicle scheduling, optimize company resources, and ensure efficient use of time.
- 2 years of administration/office management experience preferred.
- Experience with insurance claims and/or logistics a plus.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (preferred).
- 9 paid company holidays.
- This is a full-time/permanent position, not seasonal.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
- Opportunity to work overtime.
$28.00 per hour.
