Key Responsibilities- Frequently interact with customers in person, by phone, and in writing to coordinate appointments and ensure excellent customer service.
- Keep and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assess and purchase customer vehicles, building trust and rapport with customers.
- Develop relationships with customers to establish a network of referrals and build a loyal customer base.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and work collaboratively with the Area Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of sales and customer service experience.
- State-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and no major violations during the past three years.
- Background check required.
- Guaranteed annual base salary of $38,000, with additional commission offered.
- Stipend provided during a 60-day training period.
- Work-life balance featuring a 5-day workweek with flexible hours.
- Benefits package (health, vision, dental, 401K, life insurance) offered after 90 days of full-time service.
