Job Description:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with client customers, addressing their inquiries, and closing sales. A key aspect of this role is delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to client compliance guidelines. Additionally, the Sales Engagement Specialist will maintain a thorough understanding of daily and quarterly sales targets, master product knowledge, and effectively cross-sell various products and services. Collaborating seamlessly with the Customer Service team is also crucial to enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client-facing interactions: Addressing inquiries, explaining product features, and closing sales.
- Product knowledge mastery: Effectively cross-selling various products and services.
- Daily and quarterly sales targets: Maintaining a thorough understanding and meeting expectations.
- Customer experience: Delivering an outstanding experience while adhering to client compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- A high school degree; a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Economics is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service-related roles.
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
- A competitive spirit and drive for growth.
