Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in our compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into our business operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that our compliance programs are adapted accordingly.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior compliance role in a regulated company.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance topics, including KYB/KYC, AML/CFT, and Sanctions.
  • Experience in the Payments/Fintech industry, preferably in North America.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
