Job Summary

The University of California seeks a highly skilled Head of Programme Management, Regulatory to oversee the development and implementation of new programmes and processes. This role will manage complex projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new programmes and processes to drive organisational growth and improvement.
  • Manage complex projects, prioritising tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public policy, public administration, or public health.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in programme management, preferably in higher education or a related field.
  • Advanced organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
