Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring individual to lead our Front Office Team, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our guests during their stay.
• Supporting, training, and supervising front office personnel.
• Ensuring timely and accurate handling of all customer-related tasks to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Addressing customer inquiries and special requests.
• Scheduling staff shifts and managing related HR responsibilities.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
• Monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Managing the departmental budget effectively.
• Keeping files and records updated.
• Enforcing cash-handling and credit protocols.
• Overseeing guest room reservations.
• Managing the property management system (PMS).
• Coordinating check-in and check-out procedures as necessary.
• Organizing transportation for guests and the facility as required.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
The Guest Services Supervisor will ensure that guest service standards are consistently applied and that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to address guest concerns and collaborate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and employee relations capabilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing staff.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining goal-oriented.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role ranges from $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
