We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Cumberland Village. As a key member of our interdisciplinary and management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Guest Services Department, including Customer Service, Recreation - Entertainment, the Gift Shop, and Salon Services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Guest Services Department staff, receptionists, and volunteers to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.
- Develop and implement creative, intellectual, physical, service, social, and spiritual individual and group opportunities for guests based on their needs, interests, abilities, preferences, treatment plans, and goals.
- Manage the monthly and annual customer satisfaction survey process and ensure the facility's customer satisfaction scores and response rates meet or exceed expectations.
- Coordinate the Partner Program to ensure successful transition of new guests into nursing center life, including ensuring rooms are ready for new admissions, obtaining preference and choice profiles from guests and/or families, and getting to know new guests within 48 hours of admission.
- Supervise the guest discharge follow-up process and ensure discharged guests are contacted within 72 hours after discharge.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Two (2) years full-time experience in customer service/hospitality preferred.
- $16.00/hour.
