Key Responsibilities- Develop world-class positioning and messaging for Loom, influenced by market trends, customer feedback, and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with demand generation teams to shape strategy for and run awareness and cross-sell campaigns.
- Work with customer lifecycle marketing to build a seamless customer journey activation and onboarding.
- Propose, test, and implement improvements to our marketing messages, promotions, pricing & packaging, and channels to increase signups.
- Drive go-to-market launches for new Atlassian integrations between our products and work closely with the product team to influence the roadmap.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing (subset of time in either product management or growth role OK).
- Experience in positioning solutions and bundles in a portfolio company, selling multiple products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills resulting in exceptional positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Never-ending market, customer, and product curiosity.
- Strong interpersonal and influence skills with colleagues, customers, and partners.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
