Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to join our team at Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving revenue growth and has a strong background in business development.
About the RoleThe Business Development Leader will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires a high level of creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including joint ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Develop and implement sales plans and tactics to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building partnerships, and developing strategic plans.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience.
