Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Coverage Inc. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our Account Managers in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Process policy change requests and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare billing and ensure compliance with agency credit and collections policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and requirements
- Appropriate state license(s) and minimum 3 years' insurance brokerage experience
- Completion of insurance designation(s) preferred
- Two-year associate college degree required; four-year college degree preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
