Job Overview

Elite Flooring is a leading floor covering contractor seeking a seasoned Builder Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing business relationships with builders and contractors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong mathematical and Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and create reports
