The Senior Manager will fully support and commit to achieving the company's strategic objectives, including profitable growth, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
This role involves directing, planning, and managing a multi-unit dining platform that features a diverse array of full-service and quick-service concepts.
Building strong relationships with local management, brand partners, joint ventures, and key business stakeholders is crucial in this position.
The Senior Manager is dedicated to developing and mentoring the management team and hourly staff, serving as a role model and educator.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in a multi-unit setting.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
- Proficient in key restaurant functions, including food planning, sanitation, personnel management, and financial reporting.
- Willingness to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment.
