Job Title: Home-Based Clinical SpecialistOverviewThe Trust Counseling Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home-Based Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Home-Based Clinical Specialist, you will provide intensive, in-home therapy services to children and families, helping them to overcome complex behavioral and mental health challenges.

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job DescriptionThe Home-Based Clinical Specialist will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific clinical needs. This may include providing individual and family counseling, developing therapeutic activities, and collaborating with community-based services to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide intensive, in-home therapy services to children and families experiencing significant behavioral and/or mental health difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific clinical needs.
  • Collaborate with community-based services to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or License Eligible provider.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
