Job Title: Home Health RN Executive Director

Job Summary:

The Home Health RN Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administrative and leadership functions of an Aveanna branch. This individual will ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations governing Home Health Care Agencies and maintain compliance with Aveanna's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the branch.
  • Monitor employee progress and conduct annual evaluations.
  • Develop and implement staff development programs, including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education.
  • Ensure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours.
  • Participate in regional meetings and weekly meetings to prepare for patients coming onto services.
  • Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction survey reports.
  • Manage incident management and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement branch growth strategies.
  • Review financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Ensure branch compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Oversee internal billing and collection efforts to generate clean claims.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years of prior Home Health management experience.
  • Active and unencumbered Georgia or South Carolina RN license.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to travel regularly between South Carolina and Georgia locations.
